Turnkey Providers in Various Markets

I am currently looking for providers of Turnkey properties in various markets across the United States. If you are aware of rehabbers or builders who can put out new properties every month please let me know. Currently looking in Charlotte, Tampa, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Phoenix.

Investing in out of state Turnkeys can be a great way to get a decent ROI! I always suggest doing your research into the market and the provider. Sometimes providers use the word "turnkey" to describe a property they think does not need a lot of work. You want to find someone who owns, renovates, and manages the home all in house!
