Excellent Speakers monthly and a wide variety of experienced investors

The best part is I have become friends with some of the speakers at the group and they have told me of other groups to go see.  

Alarm companies are not allowed (by regulation, apparently) to put alarms on the outside.I am thinking about getting a motion detector and install an outdoor speaker myself, with noxious noise.  

We pick a topic that people want to learn more about and invite a speaker to talk on the issue.

I recently started a meetup group for women in real estate in the Lancaster, PA area and was wondering the best way to go about finding speakers. 

., changing venues from Gangnam to Hongdae (about 45 minutes from each other), and a MERs breakout before one of our events.But each time, we've managed to weather the storm and come out stronger on the other side.To set the scene for this month - it's a 48 hours before our next meetup and our speaker hasn't been confirmed yet.

They did have some good speakers come in at times, so very irrelevant to want I was looking for too, but good info nonetheless. 

During the launch of the NW Chicagoland BP Meetup (where I was the guest speaker), I was asked the question:"Wendell, how do you find all these good deals?"

Hi Cj D.For the most help quick, I would check out the new Chicago REIA (this REIA just started 7 months ago), http://www.chicagoreia.org/That has the most actual investors that attend, and they often have speakers that aren't selling a program of any kind, they just had a eviction attorney out of Glendale Heights speak this past week, the week before an eviction atty who concentrates on Chicago evictions only spoke.

They are a great source of education and networking opportunities, a variety of speakers on a variety of topics.
