Hello all! I'm new'ish to real estate investing and bigger pockets. The site and podcast have been invaluable so far. 

I am looking to acquire a few buy and holds for long-term investments. To replace my day job I would like to fix and flip in the short-term and hopefully gain the experience to do some infill development and new construction.
