We have the primary's email address but I feel as though this might be intrusive, or viewed as spam. 

Also I was worried that if I send a letter she will think it is spam and throw it away without understanding. 

I've also joined a couple of somewhat local REI Facebook groups (eww, I had to join Facebook), but I noticed the main one I joined has a ton of spam in it. 

Jesse The two proven methods are 1) spam call realtors or 2) dominate some niche on social media (check out Gary Vee for more on this latter one).

They’re emails are marked spam and suspicious and look like phishing emails. 

Zillow used to cost $9.99 to post a rental, I was cool with that, good idea to weed out spam listings that would hide mine. 

A BP mod asked me to not spam the list.

  :)   Not getting into the fact these days that doing this blind/cold SMS is spam and is illegal and has fines.I've been sending 2k sms / mo to what I'd think where great lists;  30-60-90 days late on some debt,   another list has liens, another list from listsource;  mortgage --> subprime loan.
