Long time ago I used to sell automobiles in a part of the city that was considered suburban heaven, soccer moms, big houses, nice yards...90% of our business came from this area.

Anyone working here legally will have a social security number, though - even professional athletes (I once rented to a soccer player for the Earthquakes from Sierra Leon). 

You also need to use wireless access points with the ability to broadcast multiple isolated networks that you can manage remotely and at high enough speeds that will provide tenants with at least 100mps each.

So we are not necessarily broadcasting that we are affiliated with the ownership.

This reminded me of a soccer player tenant (San Jose Earthquakes) from Sierra Leone who got cut from the team and moved out and gave us incorrect addresses of friends to send the check to.  

I chose to follow my passion in coaching soccer thus not taking the traditional corporate route.

This even includes soccer players from Sierra Leone (I rented to one).  

I had a San Jose Earthquakes (soccer) rep approach me about a rental for a new player from an African country.

It collects our rent and deposits it into our account the next business day (for no fee for ACH - tenants pay a fee to use a Credit card), broadcasts our listings, screens the tenants, tracks expenses, handles leases,  tracks tenant payments, applies late fees, allows for reporting of maintenance issues, etc, etc.
