Some brokerages are openly recruiting all the time and will sign anyone up.

While it is a how to manual on how to lend, it also works for active investors as a play book to recruit private money to your deals. 

Can you guys share any insider knowledge that can help in our recruitment efforts?

I studied management but my w2 profession is now data center engineering specialist after I built my own AT&T back in the 1990s , it is one of the most hunted skillset by recruiter, it was so easy to find job I have to block recruiter number in the past. but my family and my wife family is both landlord and their parent is also landlord, so we save every money and buy house and buy land and after a while we develop good business relationship with contractor with tenant ,etc that we could make additional money with them as well, combining with my analytical background and real estate experience i know i could do more; but i don't want to become GP or syndicator as managing other people money is scary for me.

I'll have to recruit others?

@Gregory Hiban yes, Compass is really huge in New York and now they are heavily recruiting nationwide thanks to their 800 million funding. 

Also, this place had way to many conference calls/webinars/meetings to go to about recruiting.

My recruiter Nicole Johnson actually put you on my radar a few months ago as a good agent to bring over to the brokerage, lol.

I currently work as a chemist and my company but I’m hired on through a recruiting agency (Kelly Services).

They tend to recruit directly from undergrad programs, but occasionally make exceptions.
