You list your property on their sites and wait for them to have a need in the area.

A the town and amenities expands towards the beach, there is a real risk that properties on town side will relatively lose value in my opinion.

Make sure you are using the estimated taxes shown at the Stark auditors site to check on them for next year as there are some significant increases coming!  

As best as I can tell on both sites, the algorithm looks something like this:Cheapest price>least restrictions (cancellation, # of days minimum, etc)>Premier/Super host>Review Scores>Most discounts (weekly, last minute, etc)>Regular revisions

It’s free and that is one way to get free listings.judical states also have to file a lawsuit and you can search civil suits or contact sheriffs offices to get the calendar and listing for foreclosurespaying for a site is all in one and maybe worth it compared to how much time you are spending searchjngif you stay in one area then I recommend what I mentioned  

Now I always give the disclosure that I'm not an exact expert and can only give you my limited knowledge and experience. 1st/2nd Question:I've never had a Housing Authority close up or lose financing.

Either1) your startup takes off and you can distribute profit fast enough to pay off your debts, or2) you find another source of $100,000 a year (which barely even starts to pay down the $300k, but might provide a better chance for a better loan), or3) you BK and possibly lose the rental houses to creditors (hopefully not, but we don’t know how they are held), or 4) you sell the houses, take the tax hit, work with the IRS on a payment plan whose interest will be much lower than your CCs, and focus on the startup.  

It is exhausting to live in a job site and feel like you are bleeding cash, but we've done a couple of times and still think it's a good idea.
