I'm ending off this week on a high as my team just placed a family who was displaced due to a flood into one of our Radiate Real Estate branded homes.
The property is a 3/1 towhome located in South Philly
Purchase Price: $167,500 in 9/2023
Long Term Rent: $1,500/month
Medium Term Rent: $6,000/month for 3 months with month-to-month after
