The identical duplexes were built in 1998 and have the original super cheap, laminated cabinetry and mostly old, worn out white appliances (one has 3 burners out!).

@David BradleyI use google voice, I recently bought a burner phone and set up my google voice where I can add people to my contacts and put the name of the seller with the address, so everytime they call me back, it doesn’t show the google voice number it shows there name and address.

I reviewed the preferred contractors invoice to the insurance, there are many inconsistencies such as, double billing (have recording of contractor stating they purposely double billed to be able to pay for his electrician), billing for materials/labor not provided, and oddly enough a big fat "management" fee for the electrician that I hired/managed and paid deposit.
