There are two craft brewery's currently open on the Mill property with others coming on line.

Best option: You should goto college, get educated, learn a craft and broaden your horizons.Second option: Get yourself a real estate license and start working in the brokerage industry.  

It would probably better to have an attorney craft one.

I have neglected questions like this in the past and realize it would be much better to craft a strong story, even if only for myself.Finally, do get on the ground.
