Looking for ANY investing tips

Hello!!! I am a college student currently enrolled at UNI. (Northern Iowa) I am a junior majoring in finance/Real Estate. I can't wait to get into the market place after school!! If anyone can give me any investing tips/ recommended books I would greatly appreciate it

Sure CJ... Since your here, all the BP titles are top notch. Then you might craft some reading around your strategy (be it flips, buy and holds, fix and rent, etc).

Some classics like Landlording (by Leigh Robinson) Investing in Fixxer Uppers by Jay P. Decima, even the Robert Irwin books are okay for starters. You might even start with what is at your library (free!).

Then finding summer or part time job in some area of property management, maintenance, even in student housing (some similar people issues) might be helpful, too.
