I rented a house to a woman with one small daughter one time.

Don't let it bother you just be polite and move on to the next.Example: yesterday a woman called me 3 times 2x leaving scrambled messages and the third time I answered.

So I did it myself, I was in the early stages and out about $25k at that point and a local business woman stop at the site and said she would cash me out for a $250k profit, she had figured out what I was doing and wanted that corner for her business and an investment.

The next day the original guy gives me a call and puts me through to a woman who is claiming to be the "investor".
