Account Closed Yes I can make it, and I agree with Basit that giving everyone a little bit further notice will allow more people to come as some of us may not log on to BP during the Thanksgiving weekend.

Aside from that, he expected the roof to be done this past weekend and then painting the entire house would be done this week.

I can't say anything about this quality, but I met a Real Estate Attorney this weekend at a meet-up.

Didn't finance the rehab, did most of the work ourselves nights & weekends, used conventional financing (expensive @ 25% down).  

If im able to find some classes that only meet up on weekends then I will definitely think about it.

I put it on zillow which populates trulia and other websites and I usually have 15-30 people show up on the weekend.
