When I came into the home I reeked of cat urine.

Foundation work, new roof, added a bedroom, removed old boiler heat, all new HVAC, new kitchen and appliances, removed wallpaper and old cat urine soaked carpet and subfloor, paint on every surface, added a soaking tub to the master bath.

They stayed for a couple years--the urine smell was intense when they vacated.

Damage to premises by a pet include, but are not limited to, scratches, odor, staining, warping or other damage to floor or walls from urine, spilled food/water, or other causes.

Urine stains usually remain as discoloration.

While inspecting the home, we smelled extreme odor of pet urine through out the house.

Those REO houses with dirty floors, urine soaked carpet or floor, broken ceiling, big holes in the wall, graffiti outside and inside.

It also has a tendency to soak in any type of moisture that touches it, to include, drinks, food, urine and other bodily fluids.

But there are some major hurtles to over come.I have recently received  an inheritance from my parents passing.
