The qualifications are left to the Bank as is the term and rates, but it becomes a stock and trade item between lenders.

Personally, I wouldn't put a credit score qualification in there because many people don't know theirs or think its worse than it is.  

Rental income (usually 75% credit) can be used for loan qualification.
