In addition to those things listed being in that very northern tip people are also very close to a large hub of the amtrack(train system) we have here which can take people all the way down to San diego or up to downtown la which is just opens the area up for out of towners.

Now, one thing to consider in PR is this, first in PR in some areas the power service either briefly goes out or you have "brown outs" that can get your wireless lock disconnected from the Wave-Z Hub or the Wifi Router and the lock won't always reconnect when the power comes back.
