New to Real Estate, currently in the military

Good day all,

It took me awhile to post here, sorry about that. I'm currently in the military and stationed overseas. I'm not sure where I'm going next so I didn't want to put down a location in the subject.

I'm just starting out learning about real estate and am looking forward to my first house hack when I return to the US. I'm hoping to build long term wealth for my future and family.

I'm really interested in buy and hold multi family properties around military bases. I'm also interested in keeping it passive and don't mind doing work myself but would like to have a good property manager as I'm usually gone and don't want to leave it all to my family to deal with.

Anyways I'm hoping to talk to a lot of you and learn even more before I come back!
