Kevin, I actually proposed your solution but the seller need a quicker close so I just made it happen.

My problem is that I believe people when they tell me things.My solution is to use an employment agency.

I'd offer an easy online solution if they don't want to use their own provider.If a tenant can't afford renters insurance can they afford to replace their clothes, furniture, electronics, stay in a hotel, etc.?

Eventually, the affordability gap will close as prices here moderate and hopefully our state government can come up with some insurance crisis solutions.

This upgrade to the other airport may present a real solution to the problem.  

In my area they are generally labeled, "NON MLS" on the county accessors page.
