The black mastic came off fine but the gray adhesive did not.

Generally, anything 5+ units is considered an apartment, although the smaller apartments (e.g. 5-20 units) are kind of in a gray area.Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Personally I could care less how people make their money but you, as a reasonable person, have to be able to see both sides of this especially if your going to be operating in the gray IMO.

Dark laminate with sherwin Williams ellie gray, white cabinets and brushed nickel hardware/ light fixtures is what I like

Welcome Darius, be sure to check your local laws regarding the legality of wholesaling, it's always seemed like a murky gray area to me.

I am doing LVP in the kitchens and hallways (natural wood look in darker tone), white kitchen cabinets with stainless appliances, and have painted Agreeable Gray SW throughout.

I'm in Grays Harbor County, Washington which spans west of Olympia to the ocean.

You don't have to have a College Degree, but some gray around the temples and crow feet around the eyes has an air of authenticity and experience.
