Good Day All!

My name is Matt and I'm glad to be a new member of this site.  I see a lot of opportunities here and I hope to contribute as well as learn from you all.  A little about me-  I'm 27 years old and real estate investing is relatively new for me.  I'm an engineer by profession and I've worked internationally in the Oil & Gas industry for the past 4 years.  I'm working to invest my capital in assets with growth potential for long term financial security and independence from corporate America.
