That’s when I found out the power was turned off exactly one week before and went to inspect the unit again finding that most everything had been moved out except a pile of junk (which was their “boyfriends” and a whole other story for another post) and when the notorious “opened the fridge” moment I wrote about occurred.Since I was in my right under the Abandonment clause, I called cleaners to come remove the junk, and clean out the fridge.

They are not as careful, use harsh cleaners even if you leave them products for granite, aren't as good about keeping on top of spills and stains, and most landlords don't take the time to seal properly.

The views are amazing but I kept running into problems with cleaners, pest control and guests thinking they were talking about my cabin but were talking about one of the other 10 cabins in that area with the same or similar name.  

I verified with my two main cleaners what cleaners they use and that it's bleach/anti-bacterial and not just smell good Fabuloso or something.

I don't mind painting, I'm 48 and in good shape, and have been painting for quite a while so whatever right...They go on and on.... demanding me to send a cleaner over there ASAP.Started demanding that I repair things... honestly, there was one kitchen cabinet door that needed a hinge, maybe another but honestly, this is one of my better and bigger places so I knew it was BS.     

Additionally, we have a support team of electricians, plumbers, hvac, cleaners that are our response crew for any issues that would pop up.

This seems to work to ensure they are more cooperative and cleaner.

A better/cleaner scanario would be a closing on the 1st of the month (the day of closing belongs to the buyer, so technically closing on the 31st would require one day of prorated rent).

Letter that goes out that is automated is along lines of but a little bit cleaner wording:Dear [customer]Thank for being a loyal customer of [storage facility] since [move in date].

We have hired three cleaners!."
