I've been a landlord for a little over 2 years and I've learned a lot of stuff, but one of the most annoying lesson's I'm dealing with is that I just can't trust anything tenants say.

I think you should let the tenant go and use this as a lesson to button up processes and fix your lease.

Why would an investor buy something from them that they could have bought for less on the MLS direct?
