I am a current college student and gained interest in real estate as I am working on a project focused on finding ways to expand opportunities for real estate investors.

I am currently an Asset Manager for Multifamily Deals as my W-2 job and looking to buying my first deal in College Station/Bryan Area.Anyone I can connect with to pick their brain on different investing strategies? 

Here are 5 lessons I learned from selling my laundromat last year that can help you as a prospective business buyer.Lesson 1️⃣ - Listing sites can be a legitimate way to buy and sell a business.I will often hear people say that they’re not even going on listing sites because “they only have bottom of the barrel listings,” but this has not been my personal experience.

I am starting to get involved with real estate investing, but I am only a college student, so I do not have the income to place a 20% down payment for most properties.

I’ve written a letter to the Police Chief Amd the mayor quoting the detective who said, “Well, we gave it the college try” after I told him that the tenant blocked me from contacting him. 

The statistics are clear, college is still a great investment.

I’d love to hear from fellow self-managing landlords about the biggest lessons you’ve learned along the way—whether it’s handling difficult move outs, maintenance strategies, or unique ways to streamline day-to-day operations.

Since I’m still in school I don’t have much money, I’m trying to learn as much as I can about real estate so that way once I get a job out of college and a steady income I’ll know what to do with my money.
