I don't know enough about it, and what I do know, that's not my cup of tea.

But I also know that some landlords in California are just happy with a maybe breakeven and count on appreciation - not my cup of tea, though ;-)

I personally value my time very highly so working for someone else for free is not exactly my cup of tea.

If Brockton still isn't your cup of tea then I would definitely consider Kingston and Plymouth next.

We have a super huge breakfast collection of K-cups, teas, drinks and cereal bars that is not in the listing so when guest see it they are pleasantly surprised but they often comment in the reviews anyways so guests are aware of it.

I saw a lot of this in Nashville, payments in cash every week.Not my  cup of tea and it lead me to all kinds of speculation as to why, but didn't stick around to find out.

Gotta drink a lot of iced tea with a lot of folks around town.
