Another thread brought my attention to this one and several have mentioned the fact that those praising guru courses and materials always seem to fade into the darkness, whereas in comparison, those you got educated from mentors and other active investors are still around on this board talking about previous deals COMPLETED.I know James Vermillion is one of many of them.So for all the people (who already posted in this thread) who stated they felt this program was a great resource, how about sharing those success stories now!

As @Brie Schmidt pointed out if you are the tenant in an owner occupant 2-4 the Chicago Landlord Tenant Ordinance does not apply.You can try to challenge her in civil court (aka hire an attorney and file a complaint) but honestly, I don't think it's worth your time...if I were you, I'd just chalk it up as a lesson learned.
