So in my head I have a few plans of attack and I want to bounce them off you all.

Having come up in this business with no help and no one around me to get advice from, I truly realize how important it is to have someone to bounce things off to when you need to.

Try the hair dryer on different outlets and check other outlets while its running if the voltage bounces like it does with the lights. 

I actually bounce back and forth often.
