MN new guy looking for guidance.

Hello and good day to you all. My name is Chris and I'm just starting out on this road. I would like to ask the community for help from anyone who has been in my place. I'm looking to do rental type of investments. As most of you have been here looking for help in answering thousands of questions I am no different. But before I get ahead of myself, I have two questions that I feel are the most important in my current position. #1. What could be recommended as the best learning for a beginner ? books, online websites ect. #2. Is there anyone in MN who does this type of mentoring in this area ?
