While this won't stop the Gen Y and Z crowd, I think it will make it harder for people to raise money, when a company with 30 yr track records are marketing right along side the guy with 2 yrs (for a similar type of deal).

I think the main thing people would point to as a red flag for Ocala is that it is not a large employment center like Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville and as a result may be more exposed to a pull back in values when there is a downturn.

I also wouldn't touch hilltop with a 10' pole. struggled. old homes, over budget renovations, lots of issues. realtors push people here since it's the only place cheap houses close to downtown can be good but homes are 1900-1920.
