My first venture into real estate social media was on the Aussie version of BP.. and man you talk about some sad cases.. they just did not know what they know.. and it was their fellow country men in league with bad actors on the ground .. they just wanted their 5 to 10k slice per deal..

If they go crazy on it (maybe because more of the tree is over their property) and they cut it too much the tree can die (heck, if you are not careful in the trimming process and seal the cuts, it can also get infected/infested, end result same, dead tree later) or worse, become unbalanced and prone to crashing on your property or his - so make them aware of that.

I've found the problem with prosecuting someone in the US at least, is first figuring out who has jurisdiction, next, getting them interested in prosecuting a white-collar crime, particularly when the ultimate victim is an insurance company whose business model is assuming risk, then finding the perpetrators, difficult since many times the one you can identify is a front for the main bad actors, add in the time, money and resources that need to be expended to get it in front of a jury who may find reasonable doubt and acquit and most insures I've worked for decide it is a business risk, pay the loss, see if there is an easy fix and move on.

In other words they’ll be stuck as a “bit actor” chasing single family properties hoping to encounter a “motivated” seller.For the potential real property investor to either successfully invest ON A LARGE SCALE IN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, or, successfully invest in commercial properties, they’ll need to learn the fundamental of real estate.

We have to PROVE that we can manage debt in order to be considered creditworthy.Considering her age, and recent graduation from college, I find it rather IMPRESSIVE that she hasn't gone out and signed up for every credit card that students get offered like candy on college campuses these days.
