Looking for some help with a large warehouse I've just purchased in Central PA.

We had 30" snow last weekend, and temperatures rose today to 45 degrees and pouring rain.

Warehouse? 

if they primarily do distribution or warehouse buildings, they may not be able to understand industrial outdoor storage deals.

We are on the verge of getting our site development permit for 13k SF of office-warehouse. 

I am constructing a small warehouse/flex space on a parking lot for an existing tenant at a property I own in Lawrence Township, NJ.

Major industries include healthcare, banking, factory/warehouse type jobs.Rents can be as high as 1600 plus in areas of Rocky mount, so you can have the entire spectrum. 

I was able to photograph the inside of one these warehouses. 

They could then pack dozens of guests into warehouse spaces.
