Self-Storage in Central PA - 40,000-80,000 sqft of Space

Hi Everyone! Looking for some help with a large warehouse I've just purchased in Central PA. I've conducted a feasibility study of the area, and all signs point towards go. The warehouse space needs to be converted into self-storage. I'm looking for help on everything from point A-Z. Need help with the development of the 40,000 sf and operational management of the site once complete. Essentially, the questions is - does anyone have a recommendation for a specialist in self-storage who can assist with this project from infancy to completion (including securing bids, consulting, management, etc.)? I'm partnered with someone who has been in development for 30+ years in traditional commercial assets like office, industrial and retail, but self-storage is a new arena and we're seeking some help.
