Now as we enter our third year with the house, we are looking at two prospective properties to become our second {International} student house as we are consistently over-subscribed at the existing house.The potential pitfalls with renting a large (10-bedroom) house by the room:1) Zoning may not allow for a rooming house;2) No-one looks after the common areas - we started out with the tenants cleaning the common areas which worked fine the first year (we had the right mix of tenants) but did not work well this year ... ironically, the biggest problems were the two Canadian students in the house who did not pull their own weight.  

I once had a channel that had over 10k subscribers, and videos views in the millions from doing marketing videos. 

A lot of the social sites had low quality subscriber and user databases.So for years I stick to Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, You Tube and just try to grow those as the most people are using them.

So you can target products based on this.For this you can ask your subscriber interests with checkbox/radiobutton fields.

I certainly don´t want my post to be misconstrued - I am not typically a naysayer, but I pragmatically subscribe to the ¨plan for the worst and all your surprises are good ones¨ line of thought, so my forecasts tend to be extremely conservative when I´m dealing with a new venture.

We know little to nothing about buying or renting, that is why we subscribed to Bigger Pockets, so we could learn the most we could and receive advice from other members.:)

Also when I post using keywords I subscribe to about 25% of the time it alerts my keyword notification on the site and the other times it does not
