Im hoping to get any tips, tricks or strategies you guys are using to help future tenants feel more comfortable with the idea of living in a house with other strangers and ensuring the security of everyone during COVID.Things I will be doing:Include in expectations and policy limiting the number of people allowed to visit each guestIn living area, have individual seats/ couch instead of a 2 or 3 seat couchProvide cleaning and disinfecting supplies in kitchen and restrooms Provide disposable plates, cups and silverware Thanks in advance for any help you all give!

It's no fun having your home on the market and strangers tromping through.  

Try not to focus on the fact that your dealing with strangers.

They don't know you and they might not like a stranger asking about the address of the old owner.

If you ever find yourself in our San Antonio market don't be a stranger.

Everyone won't easily be able to talk to strangers.

Hopefully I'll get my first deal out of this, if not at least I was able to build the courage to call total strangers today lol!

We are both reasonably intelligent and certainly no strangers to hard work.
