Ramp it up then, hire some cold callers, buy some lists, and get to work.

To my surprise, I noticed that they had no accent, which was a refreshing change.I've decided to onboard a data manager and a cold caller from this new company, and we have everything set to start next Monday.

Instruct them to leave a detailed message with:- name and phone number of caller- detailed description and location of problem

Also, I have a Craigslist search and rss feed that pulls my criteria that then a cold caller follows up on to further qualify. 

Otherwise, I'm more blunt.I also actively look for ways to shield my phone number from callers by using my attorney's number or the phone of a registered agent.

Your regular cold callers should be able to do that.
