Did you work with an off-shore VA company before?

I wanted to share my experience with off-shore VA companies and see if anyone else has had similar encounters. Over the past few years, I've worked with two VA companies from the Philippines but unfortunately didn't achieve the desired results. I ended up having to handle all the IT work and training myself, which became quite overwhelming.

As a result, I shifted back to cold calling as my primary strategy. However, recently, an Egyptian company reached out to me, and I decided to give it another shot. I had a meeting with them and conducted interviews with their agents. To my surprise, I noticed that they had no accent, which was a refreshing change.

I've decided to onboard a data manager and a cold caller from this new company, and we have everything set to start next Monday. The plan is to have the acquisition process kick in as soon as I close a deal. I'm cautiously optimistic and hopeful that this new partnership will yield better results.

Has anyone else had experiences, good or bad, with off-shore VA companies? I'm curious to hear your thoughts and learn from your experiences.
