Facebook ads for wholesale real estate

Hello my name is Blaine! I work in wholesale in the triad area.

I have run facebook ads before but never for wholesale. Who should I target for wholesale leads such as absentees or distressed properties? What age group as well?

I have a team of 10 callers, but they do not bring in enough leads. 

Anything would help!
