So i think it was just one of those instances that just happens every here and there. or, in my opinion, there potentially was a lack of communication with the wholesaler/title and the bank.

I made the mistake of letting someone get in one of my first units that was a bit off the 3 times, they were great tenants very kind and enjoyed their stay and experience with me, but could not afford it when I increased the rent on them, which is something you will have to do because of rising insurance/tax costs.5.)

Right now, she's only receiving 3k of income per our conversation because theirs only 3 units rented and seller lives in one as her primary home, along with these 10 units there's 3 commercial space and 2 are empty.
