There are large ones who operate in multiple markets (the Wal-Marts of Turnkey) or there are smaller boutique firms.

I agree to find a smaller boutique brokerage, where your fees are minimal or your split is reasonable.

There are some great small boutique brokerages that offer incredible value to agents and agent/investors.
