Just got License, Checking Out Best Brokerages in Town to work with, Im a Newbie, I know a lot of people will be biased towards their own brokerage but why?

Differences: fees, commissions, training, help with advertising, lead generations, mentoring etc.

Bigger firm or boutique firm?

Mentor or no mentor?

Join a group or dont join a group?

How to decide which neighborhoods to focus on or in

Etc....

Any help greatly appreciated

If you have an interest in checking out Keller Williams, let me know.  I have been happy here as an investor/agent/broker
