Hello all, my name is Dan and I am new to selling houses. I have a bachelors in Construction Management, followed by an MBA, topped with a freshly printed Real Estate license. I am currently in the process of interviewing and interviewing with brokers in the area. I have met some great people during the interview process, learned about some great brokerages, but I leave with the same question...how do I pick my employer? I want this to be my full time career, the one I work until my retiring days. I want to sell homes, work my way into investment properties both flips and rentals. So how do I pick the broker that is going to invest in me and help me build this future?
Thoughts and advice are welcomed, encouraged, and appreciated.
