All I have as evidence are vitriolic emails of him telling me I'm a terrible person for doing things like kissing my dog, and that I'm sexually harassing him by bending over while I'm doing yard work -- really vicious, hateful, insane things he's emailed me.

my thought is you have to have a series of zonings to allow this use.. in Central Oregon Bend area they have such zoning but in other areas not possible to just create all those different revenue streams under current land use.

If you break any staple arms use the pliers to either pull the broken arm straight out or bend it a couple of times in each direction and it will snap at the surface.
