Bend Co./ Wharton Co. area.

Are there any investors here that I can bend your ear for a few to gather information on the market, taxes/fees, ups/downs, and maybe any other little speed bumps lurking around?

Open to meeting all different types of people in the real estate world. 

I have a rentals and home residence that are located in Houston area ( Fort Bend County).

All I have as evidence are vitriolic emails of him telling me I'm a terrible person for doing things like kissing my dog, and that I'm sexually harassing him by bending over while I'm doing yard work -- really vicious, hateful, insane things he's emailed me.

Having a seller to bend over on the initial sale helps also.

(Please note I have never done this myself but heard it along the way in a similar situation.)Finally, don’t bend over backwards as much initially in the future.

my thought is you have to have a series of zonings to allow this use.. in Central Oregon Bend area they have such zoning but in other areas not possible to just create all those different revenue streams under current land use.

I live in Bend, OR if market plays a factor. 

If you break any staple arms use the pliers to either pull the broken arm straight out or bend it a couple of times in each direction and it will snap at the surface.
