Reducing Property taxes on Residential Properties (Houston)

Can you all let me know how to manage to bring down your property taxes on single family homes. I have a rentals and home residence that are located in Houston area ( Fort Bend County). I was doing the protests every year on the Property Taxes, but little worth is coming out of it. I need professional help with this, as our country taxes are quite high/ property appraisal is also quite worse.

1. How do you guys typically work on reducing your property taxes in single family homes/rental

2. Can you recommend any resources that could help get better data to support my case

3. Can you recommend any professionals that could work with me to help lower the appraisal values for my homes

4. What data / methodology would help in successfully putting forth my case before the appraisal board to lower my home appraisal value.
