@Nina PenuelaOne of the things we have seen, specifically in Ohio and Indiana is local building authorities target out of street owners with ridiculous fines and make life miserable.Had one where the porch light was out and charged a $50 fine.Another one claimed grass was not cut because it rained for 1+ week and did a $400 fine.

A CPA is a special designation that is difficult to obtain.You are not able to claim yourself to be a CPA unless you pass all the qualifications.A few amount of the qualifications include1) College degree with a certain amount of credits within accounting / Tax / Law / assurance2) Completing 4 exams in accounting / tax / law / assurance3) complete continuing education courses4) Work a certain amount of time under a CPAThe reason that the person you spoke with being unable to say he / she is a CPA is likely because he / she didn't pass the above qualificaitons.

Our next door neighbor is deceased, according to property records and we always thought the property is vacant but someone showed up and started throwing bricks at the new sliding door we installed, my workers heard the loud noise and went to check and they claim to see a weapon on his hand and fled the property.
