require a scratching post or pad and inspect to see that the litter is changed so cats fo not find another spot to pee, and a small rug to keep litter off floor, and only females so they do not spray/mark.

We found an additional tenant, the home is FILTHY black grout (in what was a new construction brand new home) sticky floors and walls,Roach infested.... literally the floor was sticky from all the raid they must have sprayed.( empty cans every where and the video of the home made my skin crawl!)

I would get larger lists and then spend time culling them through driving for dollars, internet research and skip tracing and then making a harder sell to the best of the lists instead of spray and pray which is mojo dialing.
