I could see Indy too... 6 hours in any direction to 2/3rds of the population 1.5 hours flight time same thing.cost of housing much less than Texas... and there is plenty of room in Indy to expand in all directions.. brand new terminal Fed ex hub  ....

Austin is cool but it's not a major international hub.

My parents live on a small farm just outside this university town and have transformed it from a run-down place into a beautiful, organic veg-growing hub for community/regional events (weddings, reunions, etc.).

Hartford is still one of the biggest employment hubs in the state of CT and known as the "insurance capital of the world".

Real estate and stocks are my main areas of investment interest and this seems like a great hub for the former. 

You don't need any extra hub or anything just an internet connection.

Our city is a hub for robotic, technical and manufacturing advancements.

I think AA is an intellectual hub like Austin, Boulder, Seattle, etc., and I think those hubs will continue to rise in value for reasons too long to detail here.Also, I have a lead on a flip out your way.
