Hi everyone! I'm Jay. I had a friend that is doing very well for himself in the area that owns 28 single family homes. He manages and does all his own repairs. That got me thing about starting in real estate. I soon started reading a lot and found my way here as well as the podcast. Fortunately I have been able to score a deal on a 7 unit in Pittsburgh and am looking to continue growing multis and trying a single reno/flip maybe. 

I have two kids, love driving race cars (road racing), own a couple small businesses and am born and raised Pittsburgh!
