Great Markets for Young Aspiring Real Estate Investors.

As a young aspiring investor, I want to move to a city that will offer the most potential for me. I currently live in Iowa and am pretty open to moving anywhere. I wanted to ask the community their thoughts and perspectives on what markets they think will be booming in the future and is a good starting place for a young new investor. Looking forward to what everyone has to say! :)

@Jalen Henningsen  Having that type of flexibility will open up a tremendous amount of opportunity.  The first question that you should answer is "What type of investor do you want to be?"  I think the very best investors focus on becoming a master in a specific market and are able to spot the trends (capture a lot of value/make $$$) before the masses catch on and flood the market.  Every market will have its specific challenges and you will hear a lot of noise from your competitors/peers - "It's too competitive, it's too expensive, etc"  Every market goes through cycles.

Two pieces of data to consider - Where is the population growing? Where are the jobs going?

Personally, I would pick a town that has a lot cool things to do.  If I wasn't living in Austin, I would probably be living in Nashville or Denver.
