Late to the post but I honestly can't believe so many of you would go out of your way to prove the report incorrect.... unless its a very difficult rental market I would have moved on 2.3 seconds after I reviewed the report.

The outcome if the call was I was informed that thev right to cure amount was incorrect and that in fact tg e amoubtviv sent was 600 short to cover the march payment. so going by theur notice I thoughtv ivwas ahead onky to find I  .

I am in the process of selling land in Texas and have been informed that the survey done 15 years ago does not align with a recent survey done with a neighboring property.  Seems like title insurance should cover this...

4. if the auction has the street name slightly incorrect- would that present a risk as owners potentially not properly informed ?

They sent a 1098 WITH MY NAME AND SS.The property is in my corporation.Now I suspect these people are going to cause me tax problems with their incorrect reporting.And of course--I highly doubt they care.

If depreciation is set up incorrectly year 1 it stays incorrect forever until corrected. 

Am I incorrect on how that works?
