Hello, 

Long time lurker and a new poster - please be gentle if I'm posting this in the incorrect place. 

I'm closing on a property in Indiana and looking for a general contractor and inspector to come by and help me create a SOW.  I know there's a lot that needs to be done but needing a full walk-through and quote so we can get started.  

This property is in Shelbyville but I am looking at several properties around this area.  If you have someone who services the Rushville, Shelbyville etc. areas.  I'd be happy to reach out to your referrals.
