That being said, 30 years is a long time, and a lot of people were stupid and did dumb things,  ghetto areas are a dog-eat-dog world, whole different culture... so I'd say... look at his history in the past 5-10 years.

I think the people concerned about being scammed, have either been scammed previously, have trust issues, or just realize that its a dog eat dog world... the majority of people in this world only want to benefit themselves (that's just the truth).

We both work way too hard, playing tag team in the afternoons with our boys and finally, after bedtime, if we’ve got the energy, we’ll say hey, eat a dangerously late dinner and then fall into bed.

No eating out, living with roommates, living a simple life and stacking the cash.

I don't know why this is eating at me, but I strongly dislike the fact that "townhome" has two different meanings. 

In addition, my parents and I started a small frozen custard store back in 2016 which I love running (and eating.... maybe to much!?)
